LANCE I AUSTEIN, MD, FACP

CHOOSING A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN
When choosing a primary care physician, there are multiple factors involved.  Does he take my health plan?  Does he have a clean office and hospitable office staff?  Is he Board-certified?  Do my family and friends go to him?  Is he hospital-affiliated?  Where did he go to school and do his training?  What types of services are available in the office?

We believe that you have a choice to make and we want to be the best choice for you.

Our philosophy is simple "You can't help someone unless you listen to them."  No one is ever rushed.  You always see the same doctor, and all your questions are answered.  Some people say it's old-fashioned.  We call it old-fashioned quality care.

Dr. Austein has been in Sheepshead Bay for over 25 years. Watching the community change around him, he is eager to rise to the challenge and provide for the people right here in Brooklyn. This year, Dr. Austein and his staff are so excited to be able to offer the Covid-19 Vaccine to our neighborhood.

As a city, it has not been easy defeating the pandemic. Dr. Austein is here to discuss the hardships faced because of the pandemic. Dr. Austein will support you and listen to your concerns regarding getting the vaccine, pandemic induced mental health issues, lifestyle changes and substance abuse disorders. Many of us have experienced barriers created because of the pandemic. Here, with Dr. Austein we try to eliminate all barriers and assist our patients in every way necessary.
